Cardholder Services Specialist

141 Harvest Lane, Williston

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00

Description:

The Cardholder Services Specialist will be responsible for reviewing reports and systems to identify potential evidence of fraud activity, collects and analyzes relevant data as well as contacts vendors, merchants and law enforcement agencies toward the reduction and collection of fraud losses. In addition this person will help members exercise their rights in regards to unauthorized transactions. The successful candidate will train others on procedures for blocking cards or removing blocks across various systems. The Cardholder Services Specialist will be responsible for recognizing card system performance issues and take a pro-active approach to reduce exposure to fraud without unnecessarily compromising overall card acceptance performance. Candidates must be detail orientated, possess analytical and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate works efficiently and will have experience in card operations. They will have an analytical approach to their work as well as produces high quality detailed work. Please note this position does require sitting at a computerized work station for extended periods of time. The position may require occasional travel outside of the work location to attend meetings and training.

Contact Center Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week, including possible Saturday hours

NEFCU is looking for an experienced person to direct the operations of our 20+ FTE Contact Center. The Contact Center Manager implements contact center strategies, assesses capacity, does needs assessment and establishes staff and technical requirements for successful operations. The Manager monitors and reports all Center related information including service levels, member feedback, staff productivity and activities related to Call Center success. The Call Center Manager is responsible for the performance management of staff, is a partner with HR in the selection process for Call Center staff, and is responsible for training and Call Center staff capacity. The Contact Center Manager works with internal and external software partners to ensure call center application functionality is maximized and Call Center staff is knowledgeable and prepared to support new products and provide delivery channel software application assistance to members. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years call center management experience and demonstrated success managing people, process, and systems for success in a fast paced high standards call center environment. The successful candidate will be a self-confident, collaborative motivator, with exceptional communication skills. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position reports to the Senior Retail Executive.
