Consumer Loan Services Supervisor
Location: Water Tower Hill, Colchester
NEFCU is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor to be responsible for supervising & training of the consumer loan servicing staff as well as maintaining the integrity of the servicing of consumer loans. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Federal lending regulations as well as the ability to understand, implement, and adhere to Credit Union policies. An ability to leverage the use of Loan Servicing software and technology tools to gain efficiencies and the ability to analyze problems & create effective solutions will be an integral and necessary component of this position. Candidates must have proven decision-making ability and effective communication skills as well as an ability to prioritize various demands in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, flexibility, strong decision making & time management skills are very important. The ability to lead and motivate staff is critical to success in this position.
Member Service Representative Harvest Lane Branch
Primary Goals and Objectives:To build member relationships by meeting needs and solving problems in a friendly and accurate manner. Specific duties include:
- Listen to members and evaluate their needs
- Present products and services that meet member needs
- Provide resolution for member problems
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly and demonstrate personal initiative to acquire knowledge necessary for success. The MSR will be expected to build rapport with members, listen and evaluate their needs, and confidently present options to members and recommend solutions that are appropriate. As a member of the branch team the MSR must be flexible to meet the needs of the Branch and committed to first time accuracy.Hours: Monday, Thursday & Friday 8:15am – 7:15pm & Saturday 8:45 – 3:15pm/ Three 10 hour days and Saturday 6 hours = work 36 hours get paid for 40.
