Any time of day or night, call 800-400-8790. Call for any type of lost or stolen NEFCU card, whether Credit, ATM or Debit card.
Safety & FraudDisputes
- If you have a dispute with a merchant concerning a charge, your first step is to work with the merchant to try to resolve the issue. Document your conversations, who you speak with, and save copies of correspondence.
- If you cannot resolve the dispute with the merchant, call NEFCU for assistance at 800-400-8790. You must call NEFCU within 60 days of the charge first appearing on your account.
