The Chief of Staff ("CoS") role will report directly to the VP of HR, supporting the Chief People Officer and will lead critical cross-functional projects and play a key role in ensuring the CPO is prepared and focused on the highest impact strategic initiatives for NEFCU. Own the management of initiatives and programs from end to end, ensuring the right audiences receive the right information at the right time.
Gain buy-in with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with team member participation in programs and requirements.
Communicate priorities, activities, and results to Leadership and larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met. Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs.
Recommended Experience:
The ideal candidate has both hands-on experience and a leadership foundation in the following areas: organization, planning & process, budgeting/financial planning, organizational change, communications & execution.
