Donna has been in the banking industry since joining NEFCU in 1990. She has been a teller, member service representative, loan officer and branch supervisor. She has been a loan officer since 2001 and joined the Loan Center department in 2009.
Donna enjoys counseling members on how to improve their credit and get the best loan product to meet their needs.
Jessica joined NEFCU in 2007 after graduating from college with degrees in accounting and human services. Starting out as a teller, Jessica moved into the loan department as a Loan Processor before becoming a Loan Officer.
Jessica loves working with members to help them meet their financial goals. She especially enjoys saving members money by finding the best lending solution for their individual situations.
Jim Poulin has been with NEFCU for 30 years, assisting many members with multiple loans during his tenure. He began his career as a financial manager in the US Navy and moved into banking in 1982. Since joining the Credit Union, Jim has held several positions including branch manager and, most recently, Sr. Loan Officer. Jim enjoys getting to know members, understanding their goals, and providing affordable financial solutions to meet their needs.
Mary began her banking career 30 years ago and joined NEFCU in 1996. She has held a variety of roles beginning as a Member Service Representative in the NEFCU Contact Center to being a Loan Processor for the Loan Center. For the last 12 years she has been a Loan Officer in St. Albans both in the original Loan Center and the new full-service branch.
Mary enjoys seeing members reach their financial goals and says her greatest satisfaction comes from helping members improve their credit worthiness.
Alison joined NEFCU in 2007 as a member service representative and then moved to the Consumer Loan Servicing Department. In 2012, Alison joined the Loan Center team as a Consumer Loan Processor before becoming a Loan Officer in 2017.
Alison takes pride in making the loan experience prompt and providing excellent member service.
