Home Ownership Assistance
At NEFCU there are people to see you through every step of the home-buying process -- you do not have to do it alone. You can own your home, if you are willing to make it happen. If you don't earn a lot of money or have had credit problems in the past, it may take time, but you can own a home.

The Homeownership Center of Vermont offers education, financial assistance and continuing support.

The Consumer Credit Counseling Service can assist you if credit problems stand between you and home ownership, and NEFCU can also offer you some advice on credit issues.
