Meet Your Loan Officers

Mary began her banking career 39 years ago, and for the last 18 years she has served in the capacity of a Consumer Loan Officer. She has been in the Loan Center currently for 6 years and before that the Loan Center in St. Albans for 12 years.
Mary enjoys seeing members reach their financial goals and says her greatest satisfaction comes from helping members improve their credit worthiness.
Since joining NEFCU in 2015, Danielle has moved from the Teller Line to Member Service, where she was promoted to a Relationship Manager, and is now a Consumer Loan Officer. Danielle enjoys discovering member needs and helping members reach their financial goals.
Katie has been with NEFCU since 2015. She started as teller at the Essex and St. Albans branches and transitioned to a Member Service role in St. Albans. Katie enjoys helping members reach their financial goals and is looking forward to continuing that work as a Consumer Loan Officer.
Kaitlynn has been in the financial industry since 2018 and joined NEFCU as a Loan Processor in 2021. Since being promoted to a Consumer Loan Officer, she continues to help members and enjoys finding the best product that fits their needs.
Kristin started her path with NEFCU in 2021 and has continued to grow with the credit union. Starting in Mortgages as a Lending Assistant, she has been promoted twice, now holding the title of Loan Officer. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunities NEFCU has provided, and loves to help members on their financial journey.
Ben joined NEFCU in 2023 as a Consumer Loan Officer. He has been in the financial industry since 2016, starting at a national bank as a teller and working up to an Assistant Branch Manager before leaving to better serve his fellow Vermonters.
