The Colchester Service Center staff is equipped to help members with their financial goals and needs including:
Mortgage, Commercial, and Investment needs will be referred to a full-service branch location.
Teller transactions will be through Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) where members can choose between using a debit card for 24/7 ATM self-service transactions or accessing a live teller via video during business hours. These remote “video” tellers will support transactions not normally supported by an ATM, including:
Coin redemption, foreign currency and some other currency transactions are only supported at full-service branches.
This is an exciting opportunity for us to improve convenience to new and existing members in the community.
