Fatigue breaks us down physically and emotionally and wreaks havoc on the immune system, making us more susceptible to illness, depression, impaired mental endurance, and even chronic conditions like heart disease.  Balanced nutrition and the timing of what you eat can do wonders to make you feel alert and powerful.  This class will focus on what to eat and how to make it happen with a busy schedule, all while sticking to a budget.
