Online Appointments – You will now be able to make an appointment with NEFCU staff while online. You can schedule a face-to-face or telephone appointment with a Mortgage Loan Officer or in-branch appointments with Member Service Representatives, Consumer Loan Officers, Financial Counselors, and Financial Investment Advisors. Look for the calendar icon at the top of the website.
Knowledge Base – This database, powered by Artificial Intelligence, can be used to find answers to common questions. Simply type your question and the database will find a match. You can help us improve our content by scoring the answer you received.
NEFCUOnline Login Box – The online banking icon will be moved to the top of the website header on all pages of the website. It will be highlighted in yellow with the NEFCUOnline logo visible. Once you click on the logo, a drop-down box will appear for you to fill in your login information. Nothing has changed in respect to your online banking experience, just the location of the login box.
