- Borrowers must be first-time homebuyers
- Fixed rate 30-year term or adjustable rates available
- Private mortgage insurance costs may be covered by NEFCU (based on income)
- Up to 3% down payment assistance in the form of a 0% interest, no payment second mortgage
- Available to finance single family homes, condominiums, double wide manufactured homes, 2-unit homes
