Interactive Teller Machines provide an exciting opportunity for us to improve convenience to new and existing members in the community.
Teller transactions will be through ITMs where members can choose between using a debit card for 24/7 ATM self-service transactions or working with a live teller via video during business hours. The remote video tellers will support transactions not normally supported by an ATM, including making money transfers and submitting loan payments.
Coin redemption, foreign currency and some other currency transactions are only supported at full-service branches.
