Position Description:
The HR Program Manager ensures that human resource programs support the long-term goals of the credit union. This position performs professional work of considerable difficulty overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource development, team development, skill development and partnership with peers and vendors. This position also conducts regular HR training. It is a flexible position available to help and partner with all HR disciplines.
Specific duties include:
- Plans, directs and administers human resource programs.

The Mortgage Loan Assistant provides direct mortgage services and supports the Mortgage Loan Originators by providing administrative service throughout the mortgage loan process.
